10-step Application Process

1. Inspection and repair of all surfaces, including replacement of loose, damaged or rotten materials.
2. Pressure wash and clean all surfaces.
3. Trench around all required areas to ensure maximum wall coverage.
4. Surface preparation, including scraping, filing and sanding, as necessary.
5. Seal or caulk all cracks and joints.
6. Mask and shield all windows and landscaping to protect areas not to be coated.
7. Remove accessories such as lighting fixtures and drainpipes to facilitate complete and thorough application of Liquid Siding^®.
8. Apply Liquid Siding^® —a process that includes:
1. Liquid Siding^® Surface Conditioner^TM and penetrating sealer,
2. Liquid Siding^® Prime Guard^TM, for sealing and stain blocking,
3. Liquid Siding^® Thermalcoat^TM, for thermal high build durability, and
4. The protective, waterproof, UV-reflective Liquid Siding^® Topcoat^TM, custom-tinted to the color of your choice.
9. Replace accessories and clean up.
10. Workmanship guaranteed by your dealer for 25 years.
